It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that we may find more meaningful success in our lives if our goals are in line with what truly matters to us the most. Are the goals you make and the tasks you commit to aligned with your Core Values?

When Team Duncan works with our clients, we clarify Core Values right from the start during our initial meeting we call our, Discovery Experience. We connect and explore values and goals by asking a lot of questions and doing a lot of listening. This isn’t an experience of only discovering how much wealth someone has accumulated and what the allocation of their accounts are. It is really about who they are and what matters to them.

With Core Values as our foundation, we target meaningful goals for our clients and outline the tasks to achieve them. We’ve found clients are more committed and motivated toward reaching inspired goals, creating a more meaningful advisory relationship and better adherence to their Financial Life Plan.

We also feel it is important for Team Duncan Financial to operate our family/team advisory and planning practice by examining our own Core Values and making sure these are in alignment with our commitment to our clients’ best interests.
