Start With Your Core Values
Start With Your Core Values
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that we may find more meaningful success in our lives if our goals are in line with what truly matters to us the most. Are the goals you make and the tasks you commit to aligned with your Core Values?
When Team Duncan works with our clients, we clarify Core Values right from the start during our initial meeting we call our, Discovery Experience. We connect and explore values and goals by asking a lot of questions and doing a lot of listening. This isn’t an experience of only discovering how much wealth someone has accumulated and what the allocation of their accounts are. It is really about who they are and what matters to them.
With Core Values as our foundation, we target meaningful goals for our clients and outline the tasks to achieve them. We’ve found clients are more committed and motivated toward reaching inspired goals, creating a more meaningful advisory relationship and better adherence to their Financial Life Plan.
We also feel it is important for Team Duncan Financial to operate our family/team advisory and planning practice by examining our own Core Values and making sure these are in alignment with our commitment to our clients’ best interests.
Team Duncan Financial’s E.P.I.C. Values Are Our Commitment To You:
Our goal is that throughout all the years and even decades we work together, you will never find another private financial consultant team who’ll care more about you and your family, or who’ll be more deeply committed to the realization of your financial goals than us.
To get to know you, your personal goals, your struggles and challenges and successes around money, and to tailor our recommendations so that they help you create an abundant and free financial life.
To act as your fiduciary – treating your money with the same care and prudence that we would treat our own. We will routinely make recommendations that we believe are best for you. Our objective is to deliver important, objective advice even if it may create discomfort in the short-term.
To treat you with respect, professionalism, honesty, and to maintain a nonjudgmental attitude toward the goals and information you present to us.
